The hotel is very new, the rooms are clean and tidy, especially the mattresses are very comfortable, and the light switch design is also very convenient. The hotel staff are also warm and thoughtful. They enthusiastically helped us guide us to the parking lot on the night we checked in. We had to go out to do laundry the next day. Also helped us take our clothes to the dryer. The hotel's location is just a few minutes' drive from the beach, which is also very convenient. Special thanks to Dabao and Xiao Li at the front desk for their very good service attitude. They even helped extend the check-out time when I was out late and couldn’t rush back in time. It was really a great experience this time. I will stay here again next time.

服務不錯，入住當天上午客服就主動聯繫，並幫我把同行人員都安排在一起，方便出行。唯一美中不足的是，早飯品種少，而且後面很多都沒有再補充。所謂的夜宵和下午茶，也因為過年期間沒有體驗到，有點遺憾

第一次來日照，看評論不錯就選了這家。首先説亮點。一是淡季不到200的房費含早餐和夜宵、免費洗衣房、迷你健身房，性價比相當高了。二是位置離海灘和主要景點都不遠，樓下幾條街上各種店生活很方便。三是帶小朋友的還會送挖沙工具，很貼心。四是比較貼近生活，工作人員自己在樓下寫小福字春節祝福啥的貼房間門上，很喜慶有趣。再説不足吧。平台上標的四鑽，實際早餐品質、房間隔音情況都差點事兒，左右和樓上燒水和沖馬桶聲音挺大。整體對得起這個房價，可以一試。

設施硬件都不錯，過年期間可能人手問題吧，服務細節方面還是存在些問題，房間衞生、熱水供應、早餐供應等方面都有瑕疵，有待改進。不過服務人員還是很熱情的。

房間很大，衞生打掃的很乾凈，設施也很先進，有個小小不足就是套房衹有一個垃圾桶，不太方便，建議改進一下，但總體上還是非常不錯的。 服務：前台小陳很熱情，服務態度很好，很滿意。 以後有機會來日照還會選擇這裏。
